Are you a FEMALE searching for a Fabulous room to rent? in Halifax, Nova Scotia

I've just got a 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful building. A very gorgeous view where you can see the ocean and the whole city from all the windows of the apartment. The building and apartment are very clean. Still not furnished yet but in the near future you and I will get elegant furniture together :-).
Heat, water, Hot water, fridge, stove and lots of cupboards are included and there is a balcony in the apartment (If you just could imagine the view from there). Power and internet will be shared :)
There is also Laundry facilities, dryer, gym and studying area with free wireless in the building !
About me, I'm a female graduate student at Dalhousie University. Very clean and neat, don't smoke, don't party and I have no pets.
What I expect my roommate to be: A (FEMALE), clean, neat, responsible, non-smoker, non-partier (in the apartment), and that she doesn't meet her Male friends in the apartment. I love cats so her cats are very welcome :-)
