There is a balcony as the apartment is on the top floor of a 3 level house. Roommates are 2 female students. Excellent location for a student or hospital worker as the apartment is just off of South Street, very close to hospitals, universities and all amenities. No pets allowed. There is parking behind the apartment (extra charge for this). Rent includes heat, power, hot water, internet, land line phone (with long distance calling) and cable. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment, no coins needed.
You are free to move in at the beginning of February, with the lease extending until the end of August, you will have the option to renew the lease for another year starting September 1st. Please email if you have any questions or to arrange a viewing.
