Da Vinci, Young Cat Slated for Euthanasia due to Owner Allergies in Halifax, Nova Scotia
Type: Pets
Da Vinci, rescued from euthanasia due to allergies among his owners, is one lucky fella. Not very old and in excellent shape, it seems shameful anyone would contemplate putting this little fella to sleep.
Just look at his pixie face and tiny body!
Da Vinci's enjoying a newfound lease on life with a loving foster mother. She tells us he likes to be petted and gives her kisses, cuddles with her when she?s sleeping, and loves to look at the outside world through the windows. He?ll let you pick him up, plays without using his claws and is generally a mild-mannered little pet.
He?s also sharing an apartment right now with an older cat (who isn?t too impressed!), a number of aquarium fish and a ferret! The ferret is interested in Da Vinci and sometimes gets too close but the little cat takes it all in stride.
Da Vinci will make an adorable pet for anyone who plans to adopt him for keeps. He?ll bring you many years of pleasurable company. He brings a clean bill of health from the vet and is waiting patiently for someone to give him a bright future.
We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers. We ask a minimum adoption donation of $100. In return, you receive a lifelong companion pet, a charitable tax receipt for your donation, and your new pet's veteriinary record.
